Puerto Rican Mayoketchup - PR Fry Sauce

The simple sauce that goes with tostones and empanadas in all of Puerto Rico. A classic fry sauce with a twist.

  • Garlic : Optional, 1 to 3 cloves depending on your taste.
  • Ketchup : 3 tablespoons
  • Lime : Optional, but 1 will do the trick.
  • Mayonaise : 1/2 cup

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Mixing Spoon

  • If you're including garlic, Mince the garlic up as fine as you can.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until it reaches a consistent pink color and an even taste of garlic and lime if you had included them.
  • Make some delicious Tostones to dip into your delicious Puerto Rican fry sauce!
